The casino and its jurisdiction do not levy any taxes on winnings.

All cash-in will be subjected to audit before being processed.

VEGAS POKER CASINO reserves the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Please note that the minimum withdrawal is $/€/£/C$30.

Players may need to comply with certain security requirements and send verification documents; winnings will be sent out immediately after verification of the identification information.
Please note failure to provide the requested information will result in a delay in the pay-out process.

The Casino will always try to pay your winnings in the requested way, but it reserves the right to offer other refunds methods when a certain withdrawal method is not available for any reason. In such cases, you will be advised and will need to choose an alternative method.

For security purposes, the Casino will remove any balances remaining in accounts that have been inactive for a period of 6 months or more. Moreover, if no activity has been recorded on a Player's account for more than 180 days, the Casino shall not be obliged to refund any removed amount to the player.
